Your question is a little misleading.
How can you have a runny nose non-stop?
It is something like State Transport buses having service from Mumbai to Pune non-stop. Don't they stop at traffic signals ?
Similarly , don't you sleep at night?
You have spells of a runny nose. You can consult with a General Physician during that phase. After two or three consultations you will become expert and will not need any further consultations .
