My son is facing sneezing problem in 2 days during day and night.he is now nearly 3 month old and now he is weighing around 5.6 kg and he is a baby boy.he is not facing any other problem and he is on breastfeed.he is passing stool and urine regularly

Sneezing is normal for baby, and as you mentioned baby taking feed well, and no fever than no need to worry, you can use nasal saline drops.
