Many times i frequently feel sneezing and mild runny nose in morning and night time and feelling nasal congestion what is the reason behind this symptons ? When sneezing stops i feel headache it goes when sneezing starts however no cough or fever.

You are having allergic rhinitis which can be controlled by antihistamines & many other drugs. you may be suffering from sinusitis with allergic cough steam water inhalation helps Just take a tub of hot water put some turmeric ,lemon extract, ginger extract into it and cover you with blanket so that steam doesn't go out and inhale

take steam inhalation 3 times daily take tab monti fx twice daily  for 5 days use nasivion nasal spray when you have nasal congestion. drink plenty of fluids

use a mask when exposed to dust or pollen,eg while cleaning, travelling, etc avoid close contact with pet at home, animal hair can cause allergy in some. consult for more details.
