Many times i frequently feel sneezing and mild runny nose in morning and night time and feelling nasal congestion what is the reason behind this symptons ? When sneezing stops i feel headache it goes when sneezing starts however no cough or fever.

You are having allergic rhinitis which can be controlled by antihistamines & many other drugs. But the best treatment for the same is identification of the allergens ( might be house dust, food, pollens , animal dandersetc) & prevention as much as possible.For that you need to get an allergy profile.

you may be suffering from sinusitis with allergic cough
steam water inhalation helps
Just take a tub of hot water put some turmeric ,lemon extract, ginger extract into it and cover you with blanket so that steam doesn't go out and inhale
