Smoking during Chickenpox

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hii I am having chickenpox and today is 2nd day I am a regular smoker and I smoke about 3 cigarettes daily ... but I haven't smoked from past 3 days due to fever and chickenpox...but now its craving alot ...so just wanted to ask that what if I smoke 1 cigarette in two days gap to avoid craving...will it effect my health more?
