Smoking antidepressants
Sir Currently I am taking depran forte and qutan Sr 100 mg.I smokes too much in a day. is there interaction between antidepressants and nicotine.if yes..then pleasee provide me valid reason thanks in Advance

Nicotine can reduce the effectiveness of the antidepressants. Not just that, the chemicals from smoking a cigarette can also have adverse reaction with antidepressants and may reduce it's potency. It's preferable that u start thinking about reducing the no of cigarettes per day.
