Hello, Thank you for sharing the details and the images. The red, itchy bump on your skin appears to be a localized lesion which could be due to several causes such as an insect bite, allergic reaction, or mild skin infection. Regarding the strong-smelling urine, this can be caused by factors like dehydration, certain foods or supplements, or a possible urinary tract infection even if you don’t have typical symptoms. Could these two be related? Yes, it’s possible that both symptoms are connected if there is an underlying systemic allergy or infection affecting your body. What you should do next: Increase your water intake to stay well hydrated. Avoid scratching the skin lesion to prevent infection. Please get a urinalysis and urine culture done to check for infection. Basic blood tests such as CBC, liver, and kidney function tests can help rule out systemic causes. Please share your test results with me once available. If the skin bumps increase in number, become more painful, or if you develop additional symptoms like fever, please seek medical attention promptly. Feel free to reach out anytime for further evaluation or consultation. Wishing you good health, Dr. Romain Rajan
