Smegma and infection

Asked for Male, 38 Years

A white powder or paste type substances accumulate on my penis glans and after 2 or 3 days when I wash i get my glans red coloured and burning and itching sensation i find and also my inner foreskin get cracked and it looks like some kind of injury.....what should I do....??????....i have also tested VDRL for me nd my wife and both results are negative....
