This could be due to dryness of skin caused  by isotretinoin. Apply a good mositurizer  and lip balm to prevent dryness. If it still persist then consult a dermatologist.

Isotretinoin is a medication which can cause dryness.  The side effects are primarily due to the reduction in oil gland secretion. This leads to dry skin and especially dryness of the lips. The main problem all patients have is dryness of the lips and skin, which can be controlled by the application of a medicated moisturizer. It's a reversible condition and once the dose is tapered it will settle.
Health Tips
Use a medicated moisturizer and keep ur skin hydrated. Use Sunscreen daily.
