Small swelling in the back of neck

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I have small swelling in back of neck is painless, mobile, normal skin color since Nov-19 . No symtoms of fever , loss of appetite, night sweating, rashes etc. Observed . But anxious too much about it even it is not hampering my daily activities also . Please share your opinion is it serious or what could be the probable reason for that.
