Small sores on the body

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Small sores appeared on the back side of the thigh. Constantly they appeared to be vanished but re-appeared on the knies. and the part surrounded by them is also itching. Could you suggest me the best relief or some medicine to cure it. Thanks in advance.
