Small scaly lesions over left arm

Asked for Female, 23 Years

For few days I started noticing some small scaly discreet lesions over my left arm. This lesions are 1cm in size , no raised margin,not associated with any itching or pain. This is covered with white scales( which looks like dry skin). What is this condition and how can I treat it?
