Small Red spots on hand & chest

Question

Asked for Male, 37 Years

From Friday evening it started with left forearm then on right forearm then day by day it went to biceps then in shoulders and yesterday morning noticed on chest too. These small red spots have come in upper back near neck too. I never faced anything like that. I dont have any allergies too. Tried by putting ice too but no recovery. Please help.
