Small red bumps under chin & neck.

Question

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Started about 3 months ago as razer bumps, but now these small red patches are all over my neck, I used hydrocortisone, but no results, upon using beclomethasone dipropionate & clotrimazole cream , these go away for 2-3days but comes back on 4th day.
