Small red bruises/ rash oh leg
As shown in picture, I have these small bruises mainly on both legs and and some on hand. I suspect it may be because I itches the dry leg a bit to much, but I'm not sure. They are not painful, there's no pus. What are they? How can I get rid of them?

Hello, these are abrasions due to scratching which may be due to dry skin

Yes your skin seems to be dry and as a result of the vicious itch scratch cycle you tend to develop these rashes. But do not worry these are treatable.
