I found some rashes near my vagina hole. It's very itchy. And also my vagina is very dry. When I make with it hurts.

You have got vaginal infection.It may be mixed infection means bacterial and fungal both.Get examination by gynaecologist and take medicine antibacterial and antifungal oral as well as local .If sexually active no sex for 10 days.Maintain hygiene also.
