Small pus cells in hair scalp
This is a recurring issue.
Small white pus balls in hair scalp. I have dandruff issues. I use Scalpe shampoo twice a week and biotique bio green apple shampoo remaining days.
I have to wash my hair everyday otherwise itching increases in head.
I have used arnica shampoo also previously but this issue is recurring and scalp becomes very itchy.

Hi, Scalp folliculitis is often a recurrent problem, indeed irritating and also disabling sometimes. May not resolve with shampoos alone. You may need a course of oral antibiotics and other medications for longer periods of relief.
