Small projetcion on rectum walls
Presence of 2nd degree external haemorroids. While applying ointment there are small finger like projections less than 5mm on the rectum walls that  can be felt after 6cm to 8cm from anal opening . Is this common or should  get it checked out ?

No one can see his anus opening (orifice). Surely you also can't see. So you can't describe your findings in great detail. It is better if you consult a General Surgeon in your area who can see your anus and diagnose exactly what you have. Then a proper treatment can be given.
