Small pimples type thing on skin
I have small pimples type thing on my upper arms (near shoulder), around chin area and on the back. They are painless but are permanent and red in colour. They are not pimples exactly but look like them. The density remain same throughout the year. So far, i have not taken/applied anything for same.
Please suggest something.
