I have so many minute red pimples on ny cheeks n forehead. Very small ones . what to do to avoid these n wat vl b d reason. Plz suggest

They are whiteheads which appears in your age . Wash your face with salicylic acid cleansers twice daily and apply benzoyl peroxide gel at bedtime over pimples for 2-3 wks. If it persists you can consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.
