Small patches on chest region in summer
Hello sir my self anoop singh from varanasi India.. i have been get much of patches at my chest and posterior region in between only winter last and summer beginning ultimately after 2 or 3 months later it temporary disappears... can you advice me how to treat it permanently......

Greetings. This may be SEBORRHOIEC DERMATITIS OR DANDRUFF of the skin surfaces- which is a chronic problem. Please note. Avoid using oils on scalp / body. This acts as food for fungus causing the dandruff. Secondly wash hair with antifungal / low strength corticosteroid based shampoos. Use maintenance shampoos regularly. You may need a course of oral antifungals if your condition is severe. For chest and back - can apply creams (mild TCS +anitfungal ) on prescription for 10 days to 2 weeks.
