Small nodule like near lower wisdom
Small nodule like ulceration on the side gum near lower wisdom tooth extraction site.Its there since 1.5 months and it feels firm when touched by tongue.Its painful but sometimes it becomes less painful and sometimes suddenly after eating it becomes more painful.generally it does not bleed.I smoke and drink.I am worried it its something serious.kindly suggest.I am attaching picture.

You are having a non healing ulcer since a long time. It’s the best to get it examined as soon as possible. If it’s appearing as a benign lesion it will get resolved with medications, if not you would require further intervention. Also did you have any habit of tobacco chewing?
