My baby is now 3 months old and have melia on his face. Melia is suppose to go in 45 days after birth. But it's been 90 days now and still I see melia is not gone.

First we have to confirm if it actually is milia. If they are milia they can be removed by a minor safe procedure by needling and extraction.
