Hello doctor I m having small mass elongation like pimple outside of my vaginal opening from last 2 months but it's not effecting my Lyf and m not have any pain also but now suddenly I m having discharge and lil bit dryness also so what is happening to me

It looks like a bartholins cyst or a hymenal tag. Only a proper examination by a gynecologist can help diagnose this. So kindly visit the Gynecologist at the earliest. Bartholins glands are situated at lower half of the vaginal opening and it gives lubrication to the vaginal introitus ( entry point ) at arousal at sex. When the opening of this gland gets clogged, the secretions fill in side and cause the swelling, called Bartholin's cyst. It needs to be operated.
