Small lymph
I have a small ball/lymph behind my neck, it's quite thick, it is just where my hairline ends and it is on the right side, little closer to my right ear, it doesn't pain much, sometimes it pains along with the nerves that goes through it, have sometimes neck pain and right ear pain even headaches just on the right side.

It is very common to see small lymph node in the occipital area because of scalp infections which are very common. If it is asymptomatic no further treatment is required. It is unlikely to be related with headache or neck pain
