Small itchy water filled boils

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My mum started developing this small itchy boils with water kind of liquid in it.can you please tell me what exactly it is I have also attached a few pictures for the reference and also she has this one small pimple like boil on her thigh and she has this one red spot on another thighs so is it because of the heat in the body or is it something else please let me know
