CRL is 5.7mm
As per LMP Pregnancy should be 7 week 3 days but as per ultrasound report it is 6 week 3 days intrauterine pregnancy..does I need to worry about small gestational sac?

Do you have irregular period cycle, also it is better to get your thyroid report T3T4TSH done , to rule out hypothyroidism in early pregnancy, please get back with the reports to rule out the discrepancy in growth of the fetus
