Small cut in foot
By the friction of my new shoe, a cut was appeared on my foot fingers. Can I use Mupirocin Ointment there? A pus like liquid was coming out. I think bacterial infection was appeared in that cut. I made appointment to doctor for day after tomorrow until then can I use Mupirocin Ointment for preventing further bacterial growth?

Yes, you can use Mupirocin ointment on the cut until you visit your doctor. It is safe and effective for minor skin infections and will help control bacterial growth.
How to use:
Wash the area gently with clean water.
Pat dry.
Apply a thin layer of Mupirocin 2–3 times a day.
Keep it covered with a clean dressing if there is rubbing from the shoe.
Also:
