Small chronic inflamatory lesion .
In my USG report hypoechoic lesion 8 mm × 5 mm in the subcutaneous tissues seen with out abnormal vascularity at nape of neck ? Small inflamatory lesion at nape of neck . What does it mean any serious ?

Single  small inflammatory lesion at nape of neck  is not worrying  at all.
Next Steps
get a blood sugar test  done and watch for  dandruff and  any other  scalp  lesion.

Get a blood test for diabetes if no diabetes take a course of antibiotic and if sugar is high  consult a physician
