Small bumps on face from 15-20days

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hello doctor, I got small small bumps(not pimples) on face(lower cheek and chin area), I got 20days before I thought it will vanish may be I got due to some allergy, as I am taking acne treatment, if I stop using creams which was prescribed also my small bumps are not going, I don't know how to get rid of these bumps on face, plz help me with it.tq
