Small bumps all over face and cheeks

Asked for Male, 37 Years

I had a bad drug reaction 4weeks ago and my whole body had red rashes which is now healed to a great extent but skin still has pigmentation. My issue is with small bumps all over forehead and on on cheeks. I haven’t applied anything yet but need advice how to get clear of these bumps. Please can someone advice.
