Hello dear good afternoon. I can understand your concern for your health issue. Nothing to worry. Since you are not having any symptoms, you can neglect for some time. I can advice to keep that part clean by washing it with dettol lotion. Take food rich in fibre ie much of Green leafy vegetables and take atleast 2-3 literature of water.
