Small brown mole coming on face
Hello Doc
Previously my screen is little bit tan but now when I'm taking care of my skin it becomes fair again but now I'm observing very tiny moles all over the face previously they were not there.
My mom is also having those moles is it genetical
If so I don't want is there anything apart from laser I can use.
I'm very much concerned as going to marry in 4 months and these cause depression.
Please help

Hello...Moles are usually genetic problem and gets exacerbated with sun exposure. It can be removed for cosmetic concern through laser or radio-frequency. Also use a broad spectrum sunscreen.
Apart from moles some of marks you are having is post acne pigmentation which can be treated with creams
