My two and half month baby has these small boils on tha back of her neck and now they have appeared on the bum also. Are these heat boils and will go away on their own? Pictures attached.

Please avoid using too much oil application. You can give baby a massage 1/2 to 1 hour before baths and use oil . You can use coconut oil but avoid any harsh oils. But after bath only use an emollient or lotion( unperfumed one).
These look like milia rubra which are heat rashes.
Avoid putting talc on baby and keep her lightly covered and keep environmental temp in a comfortable range, if you use AC ( 24-26 )

They look like allergic skin rash, you can apply moisturiser like dermodew aloe lotion thrice daily, avoid using diapers, irritant chains, and strong detergent for washing the clothes of the baby
