Small Blister In the Back

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My father aged 58, got a blister like thing in his back which was scratched by my kid 20 days ago and caused to bleed. He took home remedies but the size has not reduced till now. He is diabetic and got bp too. Will it go away on his own or is a cause for concern? Attached pic.
