Small black growth around my neck

Hello doc, I am having small black kind of tiny tiny boils around my neck(which may be due to a silver chain which I am wearing for a long time). I had this earlier but I did not gave much importance but now its increasing. What can I do. It may be due to other reasons as well but it came only around my neck. Please help
