I have two moles that are small, black, slightly raised, and sore-to-the-touch. They're both circular and symmetrical but different from the other moles on my body. I squeezed the one on my right arm and a bit of oily liquid came oozing out. When I squeezed the one on my left elbow, what looked like hard white sebum came out. Are they cancerous?
