Small amount of stool passing frm vagina
Hello, So I recently had surgical drain two times in a span of 1 month (July 11th and august 10th) for perianal abscess. The cut was made towards the left side below the perineum region. Today after taking a sitz bath and when I was wiping out the water, I noticed a small amount of stool coming out from my vagina. Is this normal or is there anything to worry about? It's been almost 10 days since the second surgical drain, the pain is absolutely less, puss discharge has come down and the wound started healing. Just when I thought things were getting back to normal, I surprisingly found this today morning. Please suggest as to what can this be and what can be done. PS- it was very small amount and this happened for the first time ever.

It's quite unlikely,as ur abscess was lateral ,vagin a is in front side, drainage would have been done on side of anus Needs proper examination first Please visit ur Surgeon
