Small acne bump on outer labia

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi doctors.. I found small acne on my outer lips (Labia). I am worried "No paining no itiching no redness" on the area. Want to know why it causes? Can you please help me with the name of Cream or gel which will help me to remove it? Few things to mention: - Using hair remover cream regularly basis - not sexually active yet - not using any soap or cream to clean it on daily basis. Only water Thanks in advance.
