Sludge in Gallbladder
My brother underwent Ultrasound, I am attaching reports. He has severe pain from chest to lower abdomen ( right side ) , pain is little lesser as compared to pain earlier. He coughs a lot and vomit also when Pain is present. Also, sometimes cough is present without pain also. He is taking medicine prescribed by an experienced physician ( udiliv 300, peptard 20 , liv fit, wymox 250 ) he is taking absolutely proper diet, nothing oily. Please suggest me what could be the reason for cough , vomit and pain. And how much days it will take him to recover completely. Please answer why is he coughing and vomiting everyday. Pain is present when when he coughs and after vomiting pain goes away. Please answer next step.

His report shows he has fatty liver as well,and his liver enzymes are higher than normal which support the presence of fatty liver. Fatty liver or gall bladder sludge alone will not cause severe pain he is going through ,as you have mentioned.
