13 month old seems to be doesn't have much concentration or eye contact, doesn't respond to name everytime hence showed to child specialist he said he is too small for any diagnose. Will he show any improvement before 18 months if not then why cannot we start any treatment?

Interact with baby more. Avoid screens completely. And see for improvement in next 3 to 6 months. At 1.5 year meet your pediatrician again to rule out autism. Its too early to diagnose autism at this age. And stimulation is the treatment. No medications are there.
