I am a 21 year old female. I am 163 cm tall and 43 kg. I have always been skinny since I was little despite having a higher than average appetite and food consumption. I eat around 6 balanced meals a day consisting of a lot of vegetables, fruits, lentils, fish, rice and occasionally meat. I avoid cola, alcohol and other sugary stuff. So far I think
