If Back pain is severe enough to change your posture you need to be checked by a doctor and if needed repeat X rayin flexion and extension views and MRI to compare with previous report to assess if slip disc has increased or any fresh level problem has started.

Back pain can be due to many reasons - disc disease, joint disease (Ankylosing Spondylitis), bone disease, neurological , to list a few. Minor disc prolapse may be detected in MRI commonly, but it may not necessarily be a cause of your back pain. Further evaluation will depend on the type of pain you are having, which can only be determined from a detailed history
Next Steps
If your back pain is worse in morning or after resting or is associated with stiffness, you should consult a Rheumatologist at the earliest. However, if your pain is more with activity or particular postures consult and orthopaedic surgeon. If you have prominent neurological symptoms (tingling or numbness of limbs, bladder problems), consult a neurologist
