In gym dated 20/08/2018 I lift up heavy weight on bench chest press due to which a lower back pain occur in my body. I have taken calcium tables and sachet which were consult by max hospital I have done many blood reports also.I also done MRI in max hospital but nothing in this report. I Also done physiotherapy llike hot pack and electrial therapy. But whenever I do some running or some hard work some pain radiate in my left leg from sacrum to left foot. Should I overcome from this type of pain as before my life was going.

Just Mri of back will not suggest anything except no major pathology in back. Still can have an issue with ligament, nerve, muscle or joint.
Your symptoms are consistent with a left sided radiculopathy( a pinched nerve). This is usually a result of a slipped intervertebral disc.
Your MRI report is 2 years old, I would suggest a repeat MRI to ensure the nerve roots are not getting compressed.
