Slight white hair growth in head & beard

I am crossing 30 and I found white hair growth started in my head and beard. Day by day it's getting increased. I am much worried on this. FYI, I have been facing lots of personal life issues. I am guessing that due to stress only, this happening. Now I am badly looking for a solution to get rid of white hair.
