Slight swelling on lower left side of st

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Sir, I feel slight pain on lower left side of my stomach, just above penis. Also i have noticed slight swelling on the area. I consulted a physician. He gave me some medicine and said i would be alright in 5 days. But it did not help. Swelling is still there and i also feel pain now and then. Please guide me, what should i do. The prescription of the doctor is attached for your reference
