Slight pain and stiffness in breast
I gave birth to twin baby boys through IVF on 30th july 2024. I breastfeed them less and they are more dependent on formula milk. Earlier I used to pump breast milk and feed them but now i no longer pump milk , I feed them when needed. Recently I have started experiencing slight pain and stiffness in my right breast. It goes away sometimes but it recurs again.

Please consult your Gynaecologist. A clinical examination will go a long way to diagnose the problem. The first worry is breast engorgement.

I would suggest frequent pumping when you breast feel heavy and tight and storing the milk fridge( if your babies dont feed at that moment) or either breastfeeding. If you don’t empty the breast, you will have engorgement and it becomes very painful
