Rule out polycystic ovarian disease.
For migraine , take tablet combiflam twice daily for 3 days, when severe take tablet DART stat dose.
You may be having fatigue, because of anaemia, confirm by doing complete blood count, if haemoglobin is less than 9 start tablet ferrous fumerate daily twice for 1month.
