Do you mean it got dislocated? If yes, then need to see xray. Seems like you dislocated it and doctor did the reduction and applied a pop slab. Need further details like xray to see.

Hello Were you able to move your elbow immediately after accident ? Did you have pain and swelling in your elbow? Was any x ray done after injury and If so pleased share the x ray.
