Slight blood in stool
Hi my baby is of 6months today I have seen slight blood in his stool...and stool was quite tight...I m worried as of now I haven't seen like this... is there anything to worry about. Why it happened...means what is d root cause Is it normally seen...Plz advise

It's not seen normally, need to get examined locally.. secondly cause for hard stools needs to be evaluated

This blood may be due to local trauma in constipation. Constipation is quite common in babys less than 1yrs of age No need to worry for that Give tummy times  frequently  in a day time Feed ur baby as per demand Burp properly at least 10 min or till baby take 4 burp Keep a watch on urine output Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day If baby is feeling discomfort and crying exessively then Need to do rectal stimulation, apply some drops of oil over motion area It will help If doesn't work then Need rectal enema for which u need to visit ur nearest pediatrician once
