Slight blood in saliva aftr tong clean
After cleaning my tongue with tongue cleaner, iam getting slight blood in saliva. I too have lot of gastric problem also. my tongue is slightly paining after tongue cleaning. but no cough or no pain in oesophagus or stomach. and no vomiting.

Need more details for evaluation, avoid rigorous cleaning of tongue be gentle, check if any teeth or gum issues with gum bleeding is present
